After the purchase is complete, all orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. (Not relevant during festival or sale season.) Depending on where you are, it should take 2 to 7 days for your package to reach you after dispatch.

• Regular cleaning helps lengthen the longevity of your gold-plated jewellery. If you want to clean your jewellery, avoid using strong chemicals or cleansers.
• Avoid using body and hair sprays, cosmetics, and fragrances.
• Keep your jewellery protected in an airtight bag, box, or pouch away from heat and direct sunlight.
• A drop or incorrect storage could cause your semi-precious stone jewellery to crack or become loose.
