1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders placed outside India will not be processed or fulfilled.
2. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied to orders below ₹499.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and may take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days.
- While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional holidays.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
- If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@eloria.in.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
- If the package remains undelivered after these attempts due to reasons like incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

- We work with reputable courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and securely.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at info@eloria.in within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package or being notified of the issue.
- We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
- Eloria will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
