1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product Upon Delivery:

    • If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    • You are required to send clear photos and videos of the damaged product along with the packaging as proof.
    • Only after verifying the issue will a resolution be provided (replacement or refund, at our discretion).
  2. Product Not Delivered:

    • If your order is not delivered within 15 business days due to issues beyond your control, you may request a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the damage or delay is verified and approved by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be entertained for reasons such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the product.
  • Incorrect Handling: Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to chemicals, or wear and tear is not eligible for refunds.
  • Delayed Complaints: Refund requests made beyond the 24-hour window after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Delivery Address Issues: Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Approval Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.
  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 days to your original payment mode

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@eloria.in with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for Refund
  • Photos/Videos of the Issue (if applicable)

Incomplete or unclear refund requests will not be processed.


6. Replacement Option

In case of damage, Eloria reserves the right to provide a replacement of the same product instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability, replacements will be done within 7 days

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging for the return to be processed.
